In the Louvre in Paris
A single dream is more powerful than a thousand realities. -J.R.R. Tolkien (via wordsnquotes)
The Louvre in Paris
Old and new in the Louvre. There are so many more treasures to see there than the ones I saw, being there only for a half day I felt as if I was missing a lot.
Sometimes we get sad about things and we don’t like to tell other people that we are sad about them. We like to keep it a secret. Or sometimes, we are sad but we really don’t know why we are sad, so we say we aren’t sad but we really are. -Mark Haddon, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (via larmoyante)
The Seine in the evening with a blurred ship passing by. When I get into a new city one of the first things I love doing is sitting by the river or by the sea, it helps me to arrive there with my mind, too, somehow.
These two guys were simply sitting on the roof of a train station in PARIS. No idea how they got up there, but they looked kinda cool.
Picnic on the train station. After running around all day this tasted so much more awesome than what it looks like now. We didn’t car about having dirty hands and no cutlery and food being healthy. That’s one of the things I love about travelling: You stop caring about a lot of things.
